By looking for therapy you have already made the first step.

My aim is to be gentle, safe and supportive. To help you deal with the changes that you want to make or the difficulties that you are experiencing.

I believe that being kind and understanding is a crucial ingredient of human life. This applies to how we are towards ourselves as well as towards others.

Having someone non-judgemental to talk to, someone independent and confidential means that you can explore things that you cannot explore elsewhere.

We all have aspects of ourselves that we are not consciously aware of. One of the skills of therapy is the exploration of these aspects.
